Abc impo started with a plain observation: most courier platforms are built for warehouses, not for the person standing in their living room trying to send a parcel to their cousin in another city. The forms assume you know your consignment weight class. The pricing assumes you have a monthly contract. Neither is true for most of us.
So we built something narrower on purpose: a way for one person to send something to another person, with a courier network doing the actual driving underneath. You tell us what you're sending and where — we handle the pincode logic, the rate calculation, the pickup scheduling, and the tracking updates.
