• Sender and receiver names, phone numbers, and addresses provided at booking
• Parcel details (type, weight, dimensions, declared value)
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment partners — we never store full card numbers
• Account details such as name, email, and phone number

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create shipments with our courier partners, provide tracking updates, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability of our service.

3. Sharing with courier partners

To deliver your parcel, we share sender/receiver contact and address details with the courier partner assigned to your shipment (for example, Delhivery). This sharing happens exclusively through our secure backend — never directly from your browser.

4. Data retention

We retain shipment records for as long as needed to resolve disputes, provide support, and meet legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Your choices

You can update your profile details, manage notification preferences, and request deletion of your account at any time from your Dashboard, or by contacting support.
