How to Send a Parcel
Go to Send Parcel, add sender and receiver details, describe your parcel, pick a service, and pay. You'll get an AWB tracking number instantly and pickup is scheduled automatically.
Pickups are typically scheduled for the next available slot. Add pickup instructions in the booking form if you need a specific time window.
Someone should be available at the pickup address during the scheduled window to hand over the parcel to the courier.
