Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Abc impo, a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) parcel delivery platform that connects senders and receivers through third-party courier partners. By booking a shipment or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Abc impo is a marketplace: we do not operate the delivery vehicles ourselves. When you book a shipment, we arrange pickup, transit, and delivery through our logistics partners on your behalf and provide tracking, payments, and customer support for that shipment.

2. Prohibited items

• Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials
• Perishable goods without proper packaging
• Cash, precious metals, or items exceeding platform value limits without prior approval
• Live animals or plants

3. Booking, pricing and payment

Prices shown at checkout — delivery charge, platform fee and any discount — are final. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a shipment free of charge any time before it is picked up. Once a parcel has been picked up by the courier, cancellation is no longer available; see our Refund Policy for exceptions.

5. Liability

Each shipment is insured up to its declared value as entered during booking. Abc impo's liability for loss or damage is limited to that declared value, subject to our courier partners' claims process.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
